GWMS office hours are 7:30 a.m.-3:30 p.m. Our school hours are 7:55 a.m.-3:07 p.m.

Student transportation issues should be handled prior to students coming to school. It is often difficult to get last minute messages to students at the end of the school day.

Meetings with teams should be scheduled during the team's planning time. Parents can schedule team meetings by contacting the team leader. Please see "Staff Directory" for staff contact information. Planning times are as follows:

•  Sixth Grade - 1:40-3:07
•  Seventh Grade - 8:30 -10:00
•  Eighth Grade - 10:00-11:30
•  Related Arts/PE - 12:10 - 1:40

ALL medications both prescription and over-the-counter require a doctor's order. Medication forms can be picked up in advance in the school office. Any questions should be directed to the school nurse at 304.586.2875
