NATIONAL TECHNICAL HONOR SOCIETY NTHS membership is the highest honor awarded for excellence in workforce education in America and represents the top 5% of students enrolled in career and technical education. There is no better way to recognize the academic and technical accomplishments of career and technical education students than through induction into the school chapter of this prestigious society. PCTC teachers nominate candidates each year, and the best of our students are inducted as members. NTHS members are students who have earned an excellent scholastic record and consistently demonstrate critical workplace values: honesty, responsibility, technical skill, teamwork, loyalty, initiative, leadership and good citizenship. The vision of the NTHS is to honor student achievement and leadership, and provide business and industry with a continuous stream of talented, highly skilled future employees.
