Top 65 Club
 
 
Enjoy FREE admission to many school athletic activities!
 
The TOP 65 Card is issued to any Senior Citizen who lives in Putnam County, for their enjoyment of our school athletic activities.  Cardholders may attend sporting events free of charge.  Present pass before receiving benefits.  The pass is nontransferable.  Regretfully, it may not be used for conference tournaments during the season and post season WVSSAC tournaments (including conference, sectionals, regionals and state playoffs).
 
Please fill out the application form below for each person requesting a TOP 65 Card.  You must be age 65 or older and a Putnam County resident to receive a TOP 65 Card.  After completing the form, click on the “Send your request” button at the bottom.  In order to receive your TOP 65 Card, you must come into our office to have a photo taken.  Proof of residency and age must be presented at the time the photo is taken. (Drivers License preferred).  Applications are also available at all schools and the County Board Office.  Photos will be taken on Mondays from 11:00 a. to 1:00 pm beginning on Monday, June 27, 2011. Other appointments can be arranged by calling Gary Sigman at 304-586-0500 extension 1174.  Your TOP 65 Card will be mailed to you.
